Jeremy Renner is still recuperating after the near-fatal snowplow accident that he suffered at the beginning of 2023. The Marvel star received an outpouring of support from friends and fans alike and managed to make it to the premiere of his Disney+ series Rennervations in April. The road to recovery continues, however, and on Monday, Renner offered an update on his health to Instagram detailing the types of treatment he’s tried in the months since the accident.

“I have been exploring EVERY type of therapy since Jan 14th. Everyday, countless hours of physical therapy, peptide injections, IV drips and pushes, stem cell and exosomes, red light / IR therapy, hyperbaric chamber 2.0 atmospheres, cold plunge, and the list goes on and on… BUT,” the Hawkeye star wrote, “My greatest therapy has been my mind and the will to be here and push to recover and be better. Be exceptional…I feel it’s my duty to do so. Not to squander my life being spared, but to give back to my family, friends, and all of you whom [sic] have empowered me to endure. I thank you all.”

The missive (accompanied by an interesting image of two limbs in a mirror with the text “Rest and recovery”) was punctuated by the hashtag “love and titanium,” which is the title of “A collection of music we wrote about different milestones in my journey of recovery since Jan 1st this year,” he shared on Instagram last month. The album (if that’s what it is) “has been painful, deeply healing, and ultimately cathartic for me to create,” he wrote at the time. Renner suggested that he might release the music “soon,” but also added that “I hope I get the courage to share with you all.”
